At the preliminary hearing we presented witness testimony and photographic evidence which revealed that on the night in question, prior to the very brief surveillance video snippet introduced by the State, Mr. Turner had been removed from Tin Roof once that night and had reentered Tin Roof without permission to trespass and assault Mr. Cornelius causing injury to Mr. Cornelius while ripping his clothing.
